My wife and I met Catherine about a year ago through my son and his wife who own a splendid Rancho in Punta Mita. Our requirements were somewhat more modest –– a two or three bedroom apartment in an area with easy communication and transportation. We advised Catherine that, while we wanted something not too far from the beach, we are city type people and like the hustle bustle of a town rather than a more remote location. One SINE QUA NON was a great view. Our New York apartment on the 26th floor overlooks all of southern Manhattan, and we wanted something with a similar local flair.

Catherine immediately suggested Puerto Vallarta. During a two-week period, she squired us around about 20 apartments both north and south of central PV and spent quite a bit of time with us in each place. We finally selected a thee bedroom, three bath apartment at Paramount Bay with a spectacular view over the bay and over the town -- particularly exciting at night. A big PLUS was the fact that we chose the model unit, fully furnished with designer quality furniture. Catherine had previously put us in touch with local furniture designers, but there was now no need for a time-consuming shopping spree.

That's when the hard part started -- price negotiations. In a sinking real-estate market, our idea of the right price varied considerably from that of the developer. Catherine hung in there with us, even when he deal seemed about to falter. She suggested several sensible compromises, and we ultimately prevailed. She was also there with us through the whole closing.

I met Catherine a few years ago when I bought a piece of property in the Punta Mita area. She was very
pleasant and easy to work with but I didn't know how really good she was until a couple of years later
when I had to sell the property. When there were no other buyers out there she found someone that
was interested in my property.

It was a very complicated transaction involving multiple parties. I can guarantee you she earned every
penny I paid her. The transaction took longer than one year because of the difficulty of getting bank
approvals, appraisals, etc. It looked liked the deal might fall through multiple times but Catherine
was able to keep all the parties together and moving forward. As it was a very lengthy, complicated
transaction in a foriegn country it was invaluable having someone who I could trust to walk me through
although the steps. When I buy another piece of property on Mexico Catherine will definitely be my
