Casa Beidisia is located on approximately 1.3 acres within the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated Ranchos Estates of the well known and exclusive community of Punta Mita, just 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta.
The estate has more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living spaces, including patios and covered walkways, and features limestone floors and parota wood ceilings.
Expansive, open rooms and a generous use of glass enhance the panoramic views.
The house include 6 bedrooms and a nanny or teenager suite, and seven full bathrooms and and two half bathrooms.
The two story master suite has a separate sitting room and water feature, a spacious indoor/outdoor bathroom and courtyard, and a studio and terrace which occupy the entire second floor.
The entire estate is equipped with a state-of-the-art music system, high speed wi-fi internet, satellite television, zoned air-conditioning, and camera surveillance system, and there is a screening room with a professionally installed sound system.
The large chef’s kitchen has a center island, and Viking, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances used by the home’s private chef during the stay for the guests.
The property also has a private gym complete with elliptical machine and free-weights.
Outside there is a large, infinity-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with salt-water filtration system, and overlooking Banderas Bay is the entertaining area, where guests will be able to enjoy a their breakfast under the pergola roof, a nice cocktail on the cozy sofas or dinner under the stars. From the pool you have also private access to the beach of Punta Mita. This house can be used during the summer months as the air conditioning throughout make it pleasant even during the humid and hot months.
